I worked on Amazon's Look Inside feature for books which helps customers view small portion of the book on purchase page.Apart from that Kindle Cloud reader which lets customers access their kindle account from browser and let them read books from browser providing different features of sharing highlights, notes and last page location across multiple devices.
As an application engineer, we worked on debugging and fixing technical issues raised by publishers and developing tools to reduce effort while fixing issues.

About:
As part of the tool development team in HP PPS office, I was responsible for the development of tool namely SIFT. HP is famous for its devices (printers, laptop etc.). The PPS Unit in Bangalore handled printers and firmware development and testing. Firmware is kind of operating system that runs on printers.

Tools in discussion( SIFT) was used by engineers to look into printer logs and run commands on printer firmware. It was developed in C++(QT).
